Beech Grove Middle School Athletics

On Thursday the Lady Hornets volleyball teams traveled to Monrovia to take on the Lady Bulldogs. The 7th grade came close to beating Monrovia in the first set as the score was 24-25! Although we did not pull a win overall the girls made some great plays! Hayden Fanning lead the team in aces(5) and has a great block on the defense side! Amiyah Dunn, Aliyah Hurrle, Brooklyn Lane, Bella Moiser, and Patricia Hurrle all had aces as well. On the defense end, Bella Moiser and Amiyah Dunn had tremendous digs that allowed their team to get the ball back over the net. Aliyah Hurrle was the only one with a successful kill! The Lady Hornets are back in action at home on Monday the 21st versus Raymond Park. Show up and show out!!!
